About Me: Niki Wikstrom, MA, Integrative Therapist

A woman in a white top standing among yellow flowering bushes, with a gentle smile and her arms crossed, in a natural outdoor setting.

Hi, I’m Niki Wikstrom, an Integrative Somatic Therapist, educator, and lifelong mover. For over 20 years, I’ve been exploring the ways in which body, mind, and spirit shape who we are and how we heal.

I completed my Master's of Psychology from Saybrook University in Humanistic Psychology.

Through Embodiment Path, I offer therapy, mentorship, and practices designed to help you reclaim your body as a source of wisdom, belonging, and transformation. I believe your body is not a problem to be solved, but a partner in growth, and my work is about supporting you in coming home to that truth.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother of three, a lover of yoga nidra, tea, sunshine, hip hop, and long walks in nature. I currently serve as Dean of Academic Programs at the Integrative Psychology Institute and am completing my PhD in Humanistic Psychology at Saybrook University.

“Don’t shrink yourself to fit into places you’ve outgrown.”
