All sessions with Niki Wikstrom, MA, are private-pay and require payment in full at the time of service. Credit card payments are securely processed via Stripe, and receipts are provided after each session.

Niki does not bill insurance directly. However, clients may request a monthly superbill—a detailed statement that can be submitted to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.

Please note:

• Out-of-network benefits vary by provider.

• Receiving a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

• It is the client’s responsibility to confirm eligibility with their insurance carrier.

Fees

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $175

• Ongoing Consulting Sessions (60 minutes): $225

These rates reflect holistic consulting services and are not covered by insurance for mental health diagnosis or treatment.

Cancellation & Missed Sessions

Niki maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are also charged in full.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients and honors the time commitment held for each session.
