All sessions with Niki Wikström, MA, PhD(c) are private-pay and require payment in full at the time of service. Credit card payments are securely processed via Stripe, and receipts are provided after each session.

Fees

• Initial Session (90 minutes): $275

• Ongoing Integrative Somatic Sessions (75 minutes): $225

These rates reflect holistic consulting services and are not covered by insurance for mental health diagnosis or treatment.

Cancellation & Missed Sessions

Niki maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are also charged in full.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients and honors the time commitment held for each session.
